The CCF Australian Infrastructure Summit is the nation's premier gathering of industry leaders, government representatives, project owners,
contractors, engineers and innovators focused on the future of Australia's civil infrastructure sector. It brings together key decision-makers to discuss infrastructure priorities, investment, project delivery, workforce development, sustainability, innovation and emerging technologies.

Registered delegates will be notified of significant program updates throughout the lead-up to the event. While every effort will be made to deliver the program as advertised, CCF reserves the right to amend speakers, session topics, event timings and the program schedule if required.

If you are unable to attend, registrations may be transferred to another person, please refer to the event Terms and Conditions for information regarding transferring registration. Application deadlines and conditions for information regarding transferring registrations apply.

Registration opening times will be published closer to the event and communicated directly to registered delegates. Delegates are encouraged to arrive early to allow time for registration and networking prior to the commencement of sessions. Please note that event timings are subject to change and delegates will be notified of any updates.
Yes, all Summit attendees will receive lunch and refreshments during the two days.
For those attending the National Earth Awards, a three-course meal and beverages will be provided.
Yes. Please advise any dietary requirements during the registration process. The event team will work closely with venue caterers to accommodate dietary needs wherever possible.
Venue & logistics
Yes. Parking is available at all official event venues.
CCF will provide complimentary coach transfers for delegates attending the evening events at the Australian War Memorial and the National Arboretum Canberra. Coaches will depart from The Realm. Further transfer details will be provided closer to the event.
The Realm
The Realm offers undercover parking via the Realm Hotel Car Park, located on Burbury Close, Barton. The car park is open
24/7 and provides casual parking for hotel guests and visitors. Additional parking charges may apply.
Australian War Memorial
The Australian War Memorial provides complimentary visitor parking, including both underground and outdoor parking areas. Accessible parking is available, and the underground car park includes lift access to the Memorial. Please note that works are ongoing at the War Memorial and therefore some parking options might be reduced.
National Arboretum Canberra
Paid parking is available in the Village Centre car park. Guests attending events at the Margaret Whitlam Pavilion can access dedicated event parking, and accessible parking is available throughout the precinct.

Yes, there will be a space on the conference floor available for cloaking throughout both days of the summit.
Each venue provides different accessibility facilities and services. Detailed accessibility information is available on the relevant venue page to help you determine whether the venue meets your needs. If you have any accessibility requirements, please ensure these are noted during registration so that appropriate arrangements can be considered and communicated to the venue in advance.

Accommodation & travel
To make your visit as convenient as possible, accommodation room blocks have been secured at a number of hotels within Canberra's Parliamentary Triangle, providing easy access to all Summit and National Earth Awards venues. Please refer to the Accommodation page for me details on the room blocks CCF have on hold.
Recommended accommodation options can be booked during the registration process. We encourage delegates to book early to take advantage of the allocated room rates and availability.
No. Accommodation is not included in registration fees and must be booked separately during the registration process or directly with your preferred accommodation provider.
Yes. A limited number of rooms have been secured at selected hotels within the Parliamentary Triangle at negotiated event rates. These rates are subject to availability, and delegates are encouraged to book early. These rooms can be booked during the registration process.
Yes. Delegates are welcome to make their own accommodation arrangements. A range of hotels and serviced apartments are available throughout the Canberra CBD and Parliamentary Triangle precinct.
We recommend booking your accommodation as early as possible to secure your preferred hotel and take advantage of the allocated room rates, as availability may be limited closer to the event due to it being a Sitting Week.
Canberra Airport is approximately 15 minutes from the event venues and offers regular services from major Australian cities.
